Delivery Information
All of the prices detailed on our Web site include VAT and in most cases - delivery – however, and this is the crucial bit – we are the only company who actually deliver the goods using our own transport – the others may say that they do but they do not.
We have good reason for doing this – the goods come into our warehouse direct from the Manufacturer and are inspected. We then arrange a guaranteed delivery date with you the customer and provide you with either an a.m. or a p.m “slot”. (We do not hand them to a courier to throw around various depots around the country!)
On the day in question your new fire is loaded onto our Van and the next time that it is moved will be when it reaches your home. This method of delivery ensures that we have no damages whatsoever. Furthermore 1 hour before our driver gets to you he will telephone you to make you aware of his arrival – this means that you are not left hanging about all day!
Unfortunately certain areas are subject to an additional delivery charge due to either the distance involved for our vehicles, or alternatively the sheer volume of traffic (Sorry London!).

In exceptional circumstances when deliveries are made by a third party carrier, we will be unable to offer this service.
All orders to Mainland U.K will be sent via road delivery. Delivery charges to Mainland U.K are detailed at the check out stage. Please contact our Office for deliveries outside Mainland U.K.

Track Your Order
When you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail and you will also be contacted by one of our customer service team with regard to delivery. Alternatively, you can you use our "Track Your Order" facility by clicking on the appropriate button in the "Useful Links" section. This allows you to track your order from the day you purchase your products. To use this this function, all you will need to know is your order number.
